JUST IN: ATIKU/OBI PLANS FOR NIGERIANS
The presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic
Party (PDP) has freely mobilized the nation’s population to set out the plans
he has as a business man and the unquantifiable administrative and economic
prowess of his running mate, Peter Obi; efforts which he believes will lift Nigeria
from her economic lethargy.
Atiku personally remarked thus,
“I will reduce the size of the federal
government completely. I support restructuring and we will liberalize several
sectors of the Economy.”
He further informed the audience in the
conference that,
“For a technology driven economy. You cannot
get that achieved without introducing education in your policy. It starts from
education. If you get education right, you will get everything else right.”
Peter Obi gives the summary of what are
required to bounce Nigeria back to a sustainable economic nation. He, Obi says
that,
“Fixing Nigeria’s infrastructure must be
private-sector led. All the government must do is provide the support and what
we can call a guarantee for the private sector to be able to build
infrastructure.”
The countenances of the audience in the
conference show approbation; proving that they also could see the entire
analysis of this party brothers as appropriate towards solving Nigeria economic
situation.
