Biden Doubles Down On Vaccine Mandate
Joe Biden is defending his highly-controversial COVID-19 vaccine mandate despite constitutional challenges and litigations by a number of states. He addressed construction workers in Elk Grove Village, Illinois Thursday. The Delaware native played down skepticism of his mandate by pointing to current vaccination requirements for other ailments.
“We’ve been living with these requirements throughout our lives: students, health care professionals, our troops have been required to see vaccination for everything from polio to measles to mumps to rubella,” Biden stated. “And the reason most people in America don’t worry about polio, measles, mumps, rubella is because they’ve been vaccinated.”
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) had initially released a vaccination requirement for private employers in September. Biden announced the Department of Labor will be attempting the expedite his administration’s order.
“The Labor Department is going to shortly issue an emergency rule, which I asked for several weeks ago, and they’re going through the process to require all employers with more than 100 people, whether they work for the federal government,” he stated. “This is within the purview of the Labor Department to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated.”
However, Biden isn’t just relying on the private sector to vaccinate America. He made clear a minimal amount of the unvaccinated would be receiving a paycheck from his administration.
“My administration is now requiring federal workers to be vaccinated, we’ve also required federal contractors to be vaccinated,” he continued. “If you have a contract with the federal government, working for the federal government, you have to be vaccinated. We’re requiring active duty military to be vaccinated. We’re making sure health care workers are vaccinated.”
Instead of promoting his unconstitutional vaccine mandate, Biden should be addressing the crises that Democrat control of Illinois created:
👎crime
👎corruption
👎faltering economyTo name a few.

Biden proudly touted the the persuasiveness of making Americans choose between their livelihoods and remaining unvaccinated.
“Starting in July, when I announced the first vaccination requirement for the federal government, about 95 million eligible Americans were unvaccinated as was mentioned a little bit earlier,” he explained. “Today we reduced that number to 67 (million) eligible Americans.”
Although OSHA’s vaccination rule has yet to take effect, Biden is urging private employers to force workers to get vaccinated. Several Republican governors have pledged to refuse to enforce the mandate or take the Biden administration to court.
