Daniel Andreas San Diego has been arrested after spending more than 20 years on the run, the FBI says. Daniel Andreas San Diego’s  arrest Monday in Wales shows that "no matter how long it takes, the FBI will find you and hold you accountable," FBI Director Christopher Wray said in a statement.  "There’s a right way and a wrong way to express your views in our country, and turning to violence and destruction of property is not the right way," Wray added.  The FBI said they tracked down  San Diego  – who previously had a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his capture – with the help of authorities in the United Kingdom. The 46-year-old from Berkeley, California, was first placed on the "Most Wanted Terrorists" list in 2009 and spent more than 20 years on the run as a fugitive "Daniel Andreas San Diego is wanted for his alleged involvement in two bombings in the San Francisco, California, area. Judge Violets New York State Law (CPL 380.30) because of Trump

Image
Video New York Judge Juan Merchan has consistently proven the point by his maltreatment of Donald Trump in the ill-conceived, if not farcical, prosecution brought by  Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg .  The case resulted in preordained guilty verdicts last May in a trial that stands as a monument to injustice.       But on Friday, in the aftermath of Trump’s presidential victory, Merchan canceled next week’s scheduled sentencing and reluctantly agreed to formally consider a defense motion to dismiss the case entirely.  A sensible and fair judge would grant it.  That may exclude Merchan.   In previous letters to the judge, defense attorneys make a compelling argument that the convictions should be vacated given their client’s election as the next commander-in-chief.  It is a position that is constitutionally unique.   They correctly contend that "immediate dismissal is mandated by the  federal Constitution , the President...

Argentina Witdraws from UN

Image
Argentina has notified the UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon of its withdrawal from the force, a UNIFIL spokesperson said on Tuesday, in the first sign of cracks in the unity of the mission following attacks it has blamed on Israel. The 10,000-strong peacekeeping mission known as UNIFIL is deployed in southern Lebanon to monitor the demarcation line with Israel, an area where there have been hostilities between Israeli troops and Iran-backed Hezbollah fighters for over a year. "Argentina has asked its officers to go back (to Argentina)," UNIFIL spokesperson Andrea Tenenti said in response to a question about a newspaper report. He declined to comment on the reason for their departure, referring the question to Argentina's government. Argentina is one of 48 countries contributing peacekeepers to UNIFIL, with a total of three staff currently in Lebanon, a UN website showed. It did not immediately respond to Tenenti's comments.

Trump Organize Investigative team over the 2020 Election

Image
US President-elect Donald Trump plans to assemble investigative teams at the Department of Justice to search for evidence in battleground states that fraud tainted the 2020 election, the  Washington Post  reported on Friday, citing a source. Trump, who won the 2024 election but lost the 2020 election to President Joe Biden, has falsely claimed that he lost the 2020 election due to extensive voter fraud, a view shared by millions of his supporters. Trump was indicted last year on federal charges for his attempts to overturn the election. The charges stemmed from an investigation by Special Counsel Jack Smith. The Washington Post, citing two people close to Trump's transition team, reported that Trump plans to fire the entire team that worked with Smith

Trump Picks a Female Attorney General

The latest cabinet pick replaces former Florida representative Matt Gaetz, who withdrew as nominee for attorney general on Thursday after the "distraction" his nomination had caused due to a swirl of allegations about paying underage women for sex. Johnson told MSNBC host Ari Melber that this is bad news for those concerned about Trump. "Occasionally, attorneys general try to behave like they are not the personal lawyer of the President of the United States. That is completely out the window. Pam Bondi is exactly what I was saying in the last segment that we should all fear, because she's competent," ...

Trump and removed the sentencing date for the president-elect from the schedule.  Merchan said Trump attorneys have until December 2 to file their motion for dismissal. Merchan said Bragg has until December 9 to respond.  Merchan also confirmed the stay in sentencing for Trump, which was requested by both Trump and Bragg attorneys. The sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 26, but on Friday, Merchan said that date "is adjourned."  Trump spokesman and incoming White House communications director Steven Cheung reacted to Merchan's ruling Friday, telling Fox News Digital it is a "decisive win" for the president. "In...

Delay Tactice, the Nigerian Plan with Finish Local Police to Stop Biafran Declaration -Orabueze

Image
The Chief of Staff of the Biafran Government in Exile, Dr. Ngozi Orabueze has assured Biafrans that PM Ekpa will join in the Referendum conference and the declaration of Biafra in December. PM Ekpa has been arrested by the Finish local police in Finland. The Biafran government believed that Nigerian government must be behind the arrest of the PM. Many people believed that the Finish local police must have been paid heavily to arrest and detain Simon Ekpa against the announced Biafra redeclaration come December, 2nd. This suggestion appeared very true, especially when the Finish authority requested for two weeks investigation of the allegations against the PM. The plan go well for Nigeria as the delay would kill their fear of declaring Biafra with the period of the two weeks. Many have argued that Nigerian government has hands in the arrest of the PM. They stressed the remark by the Nigerian Senate President, Godswill Akpabio who was said to have remarked that he would lead the senators...
